A measly 654 SqFt (32.1%) of the Mackenzie Pole Barn situate on Lot 13, Block 2, Blewett Addition (property actually owned by Sarah G. Mackenzie) is NOT an encroachment.!

OMG seriously it takes six months to get a flipping survey??? City Hall at Work?? So what, now we all get this much free square footage??? Will it be our gift for looking the other way???
A picture is worth a thousand words!!! I expect we can here them all at the next council meeting…. A wise party would have jumped on this back in February and called for a survey then. To drag this out really shows a lack of judgement and poor responsibility. Requesting a new skill set at City Hall!!!
Does any one at city hall have a conscious? I guess the next council meeting will be the true test and answer that question!! My concern is will the council, mayor and attorney do what is morally and ethically right?? Or do what might save their bacon??
