Recap of Miller’s Responses to Original 2.5.2018 MacKenzie Zoning Application

The Mackenzie Pin Location Survey, recently completed by Red Lodge Surveying, proves the validity of our concerns.  It is imperative that the sequence of events leading up to this encroachment is clear.   1. OMG! Absolutely unbelievable!!! What’s it going to take, to have at the very least, some consideration and forethought??? This has been an absolute disaster on hyperbolic steroids in epic proportions! Fueled by a narcissistic mayor who is consistently putting a spin on it every time she opens her mouth! Let’s see, first she tried the grandfathered clause and yet she was oblivious to its true meaning! Check the February Meeting for documentation! Then she tried changing the size of the lot to 70×100! Check the March meeting for that documentation or check with council members to see what documentation they were given at the time!!! Then, we all inherited more land! We now own the street easements according to Mayor Miller. Documentation for all to see in recent posts here June 11 and July 3. Although, be sure to check the surveyors report! It shows a distinct boundary line with measurements of 139.96’ x 50′. This does not include easementS or better yet, check with County Assessor’s office! So at this point, I believe if her lips are moving, she’s lying. The one and only thing she is capable of doing with absolute overwhelming competence! I’m beginning to feel like I’ve been transported into the Exorcist as my head is spinning like a top. I highly recommend we invest in duct tape (Gorilla Tape would be better) so Town Council may prevent further episodes. We would all be extremely blessed if they used several rolls!!!
