The 24.40 minute mark of TOF 8.6.2018 Council Meeting Part 5: https://youtu.be/EDUMBwLCX2Q discusses going into Executive Session with regard to the Mackenzie Zoning situation. While we understand Executive Sessions are used for reasons of privacy due to potential liability issues; isn’t the public entitled to a brief reckoning of the consensus (definition: majority of opinion) of the said Executive Session? The Mackenzie Zoning situation has been shown to have several identified, documented, legitimate concerns.
The ending of the Executive Session was not duly recorded by video nor witnessed by public audience. The actual public meeting adjournment was also not officially witnessed. Was Parliamentary procedure followed in either of these instances? Could these actions be construed as the closing of a public meeting?

TOWN OF FROMBERG gone ROGUE! Its getting ridiculous! Anybody who cares about this town should call Montana Municipal Interlocal Authority (MMIA) for short at 1-800-635-8900 and file a complaint. They’re all Montana towns insurance agency. The mayor and most of the council is running roughshod over this town and everyone in it. Wake up. Smell the coffee. Act! Or not.
