tfa’s 8.29.2018 reposting of the 8.24.2018 Billings Gazette Opinion article (below) specifically discusses the inefficiency of late night meetings! “While briefer meetings are desirable, the goal should be the best use of time. Few good decisions are made as meetings go long and late. Fewer citizens have time to attend sessions that span three hours or more.”
And once again, never any designated “unfinished business” on the TOF agenda.
