There must be a way to build and test a “new” website in an alternative directory, and THEN upload said “new” site in a nearly simultaneous fashion. Thereby retaining whatever limited access the Public had to the existing website. What firm is developing this “new” website? Did the city solicit bids for this “new” website? What is the entire cost of this “new” website development? Why not hire an I.T. firm to merely modify parameters to continue use of “existing” website? As usual, so many questions. Never any answers forthcoming.
