What’s so “SPECIAL” about another “special council meeting” with another agenda format? One without contact information we might add. Why couldn’t these issues have been addressed at the 2.4.2019 Regular Town Council Meeting? That meeting was not overly long. Why the supposed need for all these “special council meetings”? Subterfuge perhaps?
