Lacking consent and changes to the agenda! Although they took it upon themselves to change the agenda twice. Both moves are considered invalid under parliamentary process. The proper procedure would have been to table the sheriff’s report until he arrived. If you motion to put at a specific time or place you are committed to follow through. Although this is about the norm for this council. Haphazard, illegal and “who cares” attitudes!
This is the second meeting where it has not been posted Consent and Changes to the Agenda. The item that generally follows the Pledge of Allegiance. Where is the Mayor’s oversight? Undersight. Hindsight? Let alone Foresight.
