Once again, this action was initiated by No Brains Miller! Sell the barley field! Why bother doing any research because Mayor Miller knows best how to sink a town…. Fortunate for us we’re not residing on a submarine!
We all live in a yellow submarine a yellow submarine a yellow submarine… I think it is the yellow town folk who live in the yellow submarine that have sunk themselves. You don’t live on a submarine you live in it. To correct history ,it was the Varg ass clan that started the barley field fiasco with the blessings of Richard (dick) anderson. It was however council person Miller that made the motion to let the Varg Ass’s and dick get thier way despite a lot of people at the meeting where Miller made the motion to sell, despite people protesting and asking for more time to research the matter and put forth other proposals and ideas. This whole barley field deal was morally criminal if not legally criminal. Fromberg Advocacy has repeatedly requested all, and I do mean all, the records from this sale in chronological order from the first letter from the Varg ass’s under the freedom of information act that by law they must produce to the final closing documents. The city atty drags her feet with each and every foia request, trying desperately to protect the Town. Thereby putting the interest of a select corrupt few over the needs of the many! Nor does it seem that the town clerk knows where this file is if it even existed. Which by law it must. So where is all the documentationthe fromberv advocacyrequests? ???? These FOIA requests are mandated by law!!! So much for the town’s legal system. If all of this wasn’t so sadly wrong it would make a great comedy movie! I would like to pass on to the city and the powers that be (joke) that we are not done yet and if things keep going the way they are we may never be.
