With regard to Item No. 2, tfa called the Montana DEQ Small Town Water Quality Department today regarding the $2.00 DEQ charge on the March 2019 Fromberg water bills. tfa was told that each year, Montana DEQ charges each community water user hook-up a $2.00 fee. DEQ stated that historically, The Town of Fromberg, has absorbed these yearly fees. Obviously that was not done this year. Logically, information of this sort should be posted on: http://www.fromberg-mt.com/news which as evidenced below has not been updated since June 24, 2016.
Obviously, strictly idiots reside at City Hall! The website is so outdated the last news post was posted in the year of 2016! And we paid for a new website? Ridiculous! Transparency would’ve required a posting at City Hall, the Post, Office and Senior Center as to why the two dollar charge was going to be assessed to our water bills PRIOR to billing! It’s called keeping the public informed for those at City Hall who have jello for brains.. jiggle your jello elsewhere!
