Per the following photographic documentation, tfa notes TOF has changed their email addresses to reflect their new email domain ie: “cl***@*********mt.com” as opposed to the former: “cl***@*********mt.gov“. tfa questions the status of all former “fromberg-mt.gov” emails, as said site is no longer indexed in search engines.

No. 1. That requires reading! Something those at City Hall have a hard time preforming…
No. 2 That requires comprehension of materials read. The Mayor assumes this gives her the right to distort the facts.
No. 3. Research. They are incapable of that, as it requires proficiency in items one and two! Why waste the time? It’s all some can do to make it to the council meeting… In the Mayor’s case, she would rather just run her mouth pretend she knows something!
I’ve come to conclusion they are hard pressed to doing something right. In the past 15 months the council has had more failures than wins…
I have visited this site probably twenty times but I will no longer waste my time and or effort. This is absolutely unacceptable! The new website is a un-thought out piece of crap, waste of taxpayers dollars. FYI video froze and would not play. I could point out twenty flaws with this site, but there is no working with stupidity. Besides the fact it would be like polishing a turd. Those seem to be piling up inside City Hall.
