Neither the above referenced video, nor tfa’s video of the same date, indicate that the 3.4.2019 Council Meeting was ever officially adjourned after coming out of supposed executive session. Nothing is done right! why start now? Basically what we have is a party incapable of running an efficient meeting, let alone of properly adjourning a meeting after an executive session. As usual, town hall just throws things together. Sloppy. Producing more illegal actions and a web page that doesn’t work and is less than desirable.
Seems to me the old web page was voted on with clear details of what was to be paid for domain name and monthly billing for secured server. And we weren’t charged for web design either. None of this new web situation was even voted on. There was no clear plan laid out. Just another Miller do-it-by-herself special. What a mess! As usual. It’s missing a bunch of minutes as well.
