What good would it do for Miller to be in the office??? Other than even more mean, malicious gossip coming from her and the clerk! When residents are made aware of the amounts of other residents water bills, that’s unethical, illegal not to mention creating total disrespect for City Hall. When bills are sent out without proper billing verification and inaccurate accounting practices, it creates extra burdens of time and money for the residents. Maybe if City Hall received a bill for each of resident’s time and trouble, they might think twice about paying overtime for absolute incompetence! Yes, it was bad before but it really hasn’t improved, other than the present clerk makes a hell of alot more in overtime pay! What? Do we pay more for a clerk who’s got an snippy attitude? The clerk’s hardly in the town office unless its after hours! Nothing makes residents angrier than being billed twice or billed for services they didn’t even receive at all! Or how about being billed when you didn’t even reside in town? This issue was discussed at the February 2018 meeting. An audience member asked how billing would be performed for those who had sold their residences. The clerk was then informed that she couldn’t just pass the bill onto the new tenants. Watch it on utube! If she had to be told THAT,the council should’ve wondered then if the clerk had any common sense. Unethical behavior, inexcusable, and probably illegal too. This is not one or two small mishaps, but an ongoing comedy of errors! For the all-knowing clerk who stated at the March 2019 meeting that everyone owed for the month June 2018 shows what little she does know… If this was a business and your staff made your clients this angry, you would take actions for the wrongful billing. At the very least probationary measures for whoever did it. But no, it’s business as usual at Fromberg Town Hall. Government must meet higher standards than a mere business! Yes it’s true, if its done by Fromberg Hall its done poorly and supported by those in charge.
It’s embarrassing when Fromberg Town Hall becomes the talk of Carbon County! Why would you not improve upon your mishaps? This has become absolutely unacceptable! The latest from Fromberg town hall is absolutely abysmal. What an embarrassment to the town and community! The humor of it all is the Mayor sits on her throne at the March 2019 council meeting (YouTube) lecturing on how a responsible citizen calls when a bill is late. Well Mayor Miller, the actions of town hall have come back to bite you in the a**.! As a responsible business person you should’ve made sure the proper billing was sent out at the appropriate time. By the way that was months ago! Let me guess, you must have trouble reading a calendar… As a responsible business person, you would’ve made sure all residents were properly billed, BEFORE sending out statements… Do us all a favor! Save your self-righteous diatribe for yourself. We don’t need or want your holyier than thou attitude! How much more money is your running mouth gonna cost this town? If only our water run as freely your mouth.
How about when town hall bills you, it is then paid, and after the fact, town hall credits your account back. Then some nine months later they want to bill you for it again! Plus added charges onto it for services you didn’t receive. All the while so much time that is spent jacking one’s loose saggy lips about all they know. It’s become apparently clear there’s not much mighty motor mouth does know. Including preforming her duties as mayor! In fact she would do us all a favor by resigning rather than dragging us through hell some more!
I stand with John! Exactly how many “get-out-of-jail-cards” do missy mayor pants and the bone head clerk get? These billing errors are ridiculous! They would never fly in the private sector let alone in a governmental agency! And to think the clerk read the February 28, 2019 letter out loud during the March 2019 council meeting and the entire council was just tickled pink!
