Proper Parliamentary Procedure doesn’t dictate that a Mayor may solicit questions from the floor during a meeting regarding other Old Business. The Town Clerk should have vetted any Old Business Items prior to said meeting. Thereby adding them in specificity to the Agenda had they been deemed timely and pertinent. Any and all items discussed at this meeting, under New and Old Business, should have fallen under Public Comment, as they were not initially placed on the Agenda with specificity! aint we got enuf lawsuites already? don’t noone on that council have some liability sense? step up to the plate. one lawsuit in the works. several more on the way! notice how the lady attorney tried to shut duh mayor down twice when she be running her mouth and naming names of folks who got problems with there water bills? mayor needs a muzzle lest ol fromberg be broke! this would make a great realtiy show. too bad it is real. Trump could make bank on Miller and her mouth. Call it “Miller’s Mutant Mouth” or “Femail Fouls Fromberg” or “Lawsuits BY The Dozen” or well, you get the picture, or oops the video.
Fire hydrants should be a way higher priority than the many purchases recently made by City Hall (video camera, monies expended in having the town web page recreated TWICE, the Walleser contract labor escapade, etcetera, etcetera!?*! It’s called prioritizing! I do believe the Mayor was on the previous council when this could have asnd SHOULD HAVE been addressed! And obviously it wasn’t! So exactly who is it who’s guilty of kicking the can down the road?? The legal implications this could be astronomical!!!
