The National Weather Service in Billings has issued a Flash Flood Watch for portions of south central Montana and north central Wyoming, including the following counties, in south central Montana, Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater, and Yellowstone. With saturated ground and already full streams, flashflooding will be possible near any thunderstorms.
