This is a fantastic post and one we should all value! Governmental entities have a habit of covering up their wrong doing and always at a cost! Whether it be fiscal, moral or the overall well being of its citizens! Fromberg Town Hall is a prime example of they will do to cover up their vast array of misdeeds!
I find it a crime when our own city government uses ignorance of the law as an excuse in their legal briefs! However, they use the excuse themselves all the time! What? Did two individuals sign up to hide behind the purse strings of the City? Maybe if you had to personally suffer financially for your lack of due diligence, you might reconsider! Although I doubt you have that many moral ethics! As the go to excuse is: “it’s just Fromberg”!
