Talk about an agenda! Now our town clerk controls the schedule of City Council meeting! Unbelievable! If the job is that hard; obviously we hired the wrong candidate! To listen to this sniveling drivel is unacceptable, unappreciated and unprofessional! All of us in life have our difficulties.That does not mean we use them to dictate to the public what is convenient for some public employee. No less an employee who so readily accepts a paycheck from us, the taxpayers! Somewhere the mayor and the council have lost sight of the fact that in business, scheduling is not dictated by the employee. No less one who has had more time off in 6 months than Brenda did in a year! Simply unacceptable!
so…if the meeting is adjourned, why are 3 council members, the clerk and the town attorney still flapping their jaws about city business? doesn’t this then technically become an illegal meeting? and wouldn’t a lawyer worth their salt call a halt to such nonsense?
The town clerk should SHUT HER MOUTH! Who in the heck does she think she is? Ignorant is ignorant does. A little power for her is a dangerous thing!
Who does this clerk think she is, the Queen of Sheba? Really she refers to Kristin Sweet, There’s a big difference between town of Bridger vs. town of Fromberg! It’s the equivalent of comparing apples to oranges. If you really want to get technical it would be a stretch to compare Fromberg to Joliet, as Joliet has 400 more residents! Although their clerk is able to fulfill her job in thirty six hours a week, besides being pleasant AND professional! It’s pretty obvious some towns get more bang for their buck and it’s obviously not the Town of Fromberg. Where’s our fiscal responsibility?
