  1. So these videos prove that two individuals, had their business discussed at the prior council meeting without being notified so they could attend or even defend themselves!. If this was me, I would be extremely offended, not to mention emotionally hurt, and angered. Is there not some level of decorum mandated by City Hall?

  2. Lawyer accused party of not retaining zoning permits… Are we not on a slippery slope here? First off, Ordinance 250 was in effect when this building was taking place. So that would have left Ralph Dawson responsible for overseeing the application or pointing out to the individual they needed a permit… We all know that it was far easier for Ralph to park his butt in the office ninety percent of the time. While the other ten percent he liked to harass people for parking and to target children. Not to mention the council members! The current mayor who sat on the zoning committee. The previous mayor and his wife who was on the zoning committee that often patronized this establishment. None which are/were legally blind… If you read the zoning ordinances, the only oversight a committee would have on commercial property is if the building was on the property line. Are these properties even located on the plat map at Town Hall? The humor is that we have trailer houses parked in Residential A, and the McKenzie building on encroaching on city property to the tune of 500 square feet! And all these went through the zoning process! And this is the road the Town Council wants to take? The lie road, again! REALLY!
