It’s a little disturbing, how often one particular individual can use the word “I” throughout an entire meeting! First off, this is a City Council. Their job is to represent the best interest of the Town. Not to inflate one’s ego! As a council you are to work together for the betterment of the Town! Notice how it is never we will contact you. Or we will look into the problem… Don’t worry, we town folks, are giving you all the credit you deserve! The party of “I did”, “I do”, “I will”, “I won’t”, “I want”, and I “can’t” is a SCREW UP! And you will be held accountable!
Where is the 100+k that is missing??? Can’t get straight answers to anything at Town Hall! “You’ll know when we know” is not an answer. Was the “Mayor that knows all” not there? Seems rather blatantly criminal not to follow the town’s codes and laws. Explanation? “We don’t have to”!!! How ignorant is that? By the grace of God, you will all have to answer at some point in life. Better hope I don’t win the mega million lottery. Otherwise answer time will come much sooner!

When you have a interim clerk who brings to your attention items that have not been complied with in a number of years it would seem obvious one would take immediate action! Not our council! They kicked the can down the road just like all the other councils before them! Until their backs are against the wall and someone is forcing them to deal with it! In the meantime the idiots have no clue where their financial status stands, tet they contemplate a full time hire? Unbelievable the lack of thought these idiots have! A budget is not a open ended bank account!!! Simply unacceptable! Especially after it takes two individuals to convince them to fix a well for $1000 versus hiring another full time employee at several thousand dollars! I will give Nate a pass as he asked intelligent questions and put some sincerity into his thought process. But as for the rest, consider resigning or taking your names of the ballots!
