What precipitated such an abrupt policy change? Never was it previously disclosed that said videos would merely be for the clerk’s convenience in preparing meeting minutes. And, if the videos are the genesis for her minutes; it would seem to follow that said videos would also be available for public consumption. Certainly, The Public Has a Right to Know!
