How in the world did this ever happen in the first place? Anyone with an ounce of common sense would look at a whole list of possible problems before abandoning an alley. The biggest being fire protection! The fact it is a trailer park! For future growth potential of Fromberg effecting access for other uses. This alley is already platted out on town, county and state cadastral maps. And then there’s the elephant in the closet! Perkins received free land that was not put up for bid; as well as free legal services from the city attorney to obtain it! All while holding a position of Town Council member and serving as President of the Town Council for quite some time! Don’t you think everyone else in this town is entitled to those same rights? Oh that’s right, only council members are afforded those types of privileges. Another person currently serving on the town council now has a entire street blocked off! The privileges afforded to those on council should be enjoyed by every citizen in town as well. And the Mayor, who sanctions it all with her condensending email and rolling of her eyes!
Mayor Miller is now going to analyze the complaint after all the all knowing intellectual as she is didn’t bother to do so when she sat on the council? In fact at the time she regularly bashed Perkins and made statements that he was disrespectful to his neighbors. My, how her tune has changed! Now she publicly bashes one particular individual and it’s pretty apparent to many of us which member of the community it is. It’s apparent Mayor Miller now has issues with this individual. What? Was something said on Facebook? And then the vindictive viper mayor rose her head.
Sooooo, you’re gonna allow another pole barn to be built without an on-premise inspection! A POLE BARN. really? why not a 3 or 4 car garage? Morons. Insanity, the definition? doing the same thing and expecting different results!
This tape shows the Mayor and Council never came out of closed session to officially adjourn this meeting. Does that make it another illegal meeting?
Having trouble with all these executive session meetings. Especially when it comes to McKenzie. Yes, the council has the right to discuss litigation in executive session, but all votes must be done publicly. I don’t ever recall them voting to proceed with litigation in the first place! Refer to YouTube videos. From reading the legal briefs, Fromberg Council are the ones allowed to initiate legal action. So was this done like most things in Fromberg! Illegally? Show us the vote authorizing McKenzie litigation per TOF Meeting Minutes!
So. The Council vacates an existing alley, gives the land to a former Town Council PRESIDENT and in the process landlocks 2 trailers? With no ingress or egress for oh, you know, things like ambulances, fire trucks, garbage trucks etc. Nothing to see here folks? No problem. Wrongo! Huge problem. Did Mr. Perkins ever consider the fact that he now owns that vacant alley? And is responsible for any and all liability incurred upon it? You know, injury, property damage to any vehicles using that private property, or any liability incurred? Let alone respect for adjoining landowners who are now potentially cut off from services. Yep. You guys (gals) of the council are morons, including former Council President Jim Perkins. And the lawyer who represents you all never thinks beyond the end of her nose. Happy litigation!
At least when this site makes a mistake, the admit it and then fix it. They’re not into 41,000 excuses like missy mayor pants and company.
