Is there anyone on the verge of having any common sense at City Hall?? Yes, by Montana Code Annotated code they publish in the paper of record, but I find it ironic that the same information cannot be posted in the same manner at the regular posting sites. It’s called being up front! Definitely a hard concept for City Hall, who has over-milled us and cannot make restitution to us the taxpayers as they are broke. Like anyone of us would trust those who have just deceived us, the Taxpayers.
