Look you morons^^^when you figure labor costs for a project you hafta consider the entire employee benefit package into the data. It’s not just a flat figure of $19 an hour for Jeremy’s hourly wages alone. You know, well obviously you don’t… things like social security taxes, Medicare, state taxes, vacation, sick leave, health insurance costs etc. And let’s remember Carter isn’t even a full time employee…where’s the extra $ for extra hours for him and his bene package coming from? And no, it’s just not fuel. Its wear n tear on equipment and potential personal liability costs and a myriad other things. No wonder the towns broke. And you just finished the budgeting process!
