So were paying for a certified arborist’s expert testimony on a couple scrappy trees on “A” Street. is it just me, or do ya think old H. Freeman should be barking up a different tree? The funny is I’m sure the Mayor herself told him to cut those trees down. Lord knows, she’s run around town telling everyone they own to the middle of the street and they own the easements in front of the street!
