tfa Requests TOF Provide Details of Agreement Made with the Fromberg School District Regarding ‘Kids Court’ Street Paving Project Along with All Supporting Documentation Thereof.

Time stamped photographic images below show the portion of actual adjacent school property paved (albeit for parking), as well as 3 recent pavement cutouts in the recently paved ‘Kids Court” street project. Local school funding generally includes revenue from Federal and State levels. Historically non-local school funding sources require very strict parameters regarding how government subsidized school funding may be spent. Is paving a dedicated Fromberg,  Montana street adjacent to the school an approved usage of such school funding? Additionally, why was it necessary to to disturb the recently laid payment in the 3 places shown? Brief You.Tube Video link follows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wd9gXPzSInE&t=64

  1. Gruel sounds like one of the 3 stooges! This man represents the school who “has to spend they’re last penny before the end of the fiscal school year”? And he’s the go-to council spokesperson on this project? I’m sure mayoress, not to be confused with Loch Ness, and council didn’t check facts this time either. How many lawsuits can the town afford?

  2. Since when does a school have to shell out bucks to have a street paved? Only in Fromberg does this happen! So we spend money on street paving versus education…. I’m sure if you talk to Fromberg educators, they’re things they are doing without. Hope they don’t have to run a additional levy any time soon! Miller was a idiot and should have never paved her street with the sale proceeds of the barley field! The street by the school should have been a priority…By the same token the school has no business paying to have City streets paved.
