tfa queries is this a typographical error? Or a further attempt to thwart the Public’s Right to Know and/or the Public’s Right to Comment?
TOF 11.4.2019 Agenda Page 2
per tfa’s previous post (follows): http://the-fromberg-advocacy.com/tof-10-7-2019-council-meeting-agenda/, TOF’s 10.9.2019 Agenda Item Number 12 has identical wording.

Error or intentional. Either way it is just WRONG!
Don’t think it is a typo. They just don’t want thier time taken up listening to the town folk wanting explanations of past dealings. They would like all the legalities of the goings on to just go away as it is obviously none of our business. This will be addresed at council Monday. Be interesting to hear the double talk on this one. It is beyond belief to think anyone can dream this stuff up and think it’s oky doky.
What de hell de doing at city hall? And we pay for someone to prepare this crap? Vote out the Mayor and fire this damaged beyond belief clerk. She’s been there a year already! What ever happened to the old oil field stage. “IF YOU CAN’T DO IT, YOU CAN’T STAY?” Neither on these women can do their job!
It’s pretty simple to get it right, so it’s beyond belief when it is screwed up! We do live in the age of google and there are numerous agencies that post their agendas online, so there is no excuse for this to take place twice! Do your homework Town Hall! Two examples of acceptable ways this could have been posted:
1. “Public Comment for those items not on the agenda”. or
2. “Public Comment: Opportunity to allow public comment on any public matter not otherwise listed on the agenda”. Either is within the jurisdiction of the agency. Read (MCA 2-3-103).
The wording of 2. was copied from the Fromberg School agenda. It’s the small details that showcase outstanding work versus “I don’t care!” work which usually spews out of Fromberg town hall.
