So, is this the primary issue with Mr Perkins stealing that alley- garbage service? It does seem to be the biggest issue to our Mayor and our Council!
I don’t believe Mr Swallow donated the land over 100 years ago to ensure that the garbage trucks that didn’t yet exist could make it to someones house!
What happens when Perkins kicks the bucket? Is his hand written letter sent to Red Lodge so that forevermore the garbage company can access that previously public ground?
Who gives a rats ass if he has given them access? IT’S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HIS LAND!!!!

Mayor and council already act like they’re inbred so it would be the perfect script.
