Couldn’t Agenda Item #1 be more specific than “Discussion Regarding Employee Policy”? Are Council members going to then vote on this nebulous Agenda Item? Why is this so urgent that it can’t wait until the regularly scheduled January 2020 TOF Council Meeting? What about the concept of Transparency?
I’m a little puzzled as to why these items could not make the agenda a week ago? Do we not have our minds focused on business? Are we not on shaky ground when looking at our financial standing? It looks as if this is little last minute as usual. Believe me I see the value of having this detention center.
