tfa notes the following notice does not adhere to TOF’s OWN ordinance regarding the 48 hour posting rule! Giving the town clerk every benefit of doubt; ie that this notice was posted Monday, January 13th, 2020 at 8AM, that is maximally a 35.5 hour notice. The Public has a right to a 48 hour notice. The Public has a right to know!

Hope the folks o fromberg enjoy paying attorneys fees. These bozos need an attorney to hold their hand 8to5 5 days a week. Problem is? Bozo the Clown knew where the butter for his bread came from…these clowns cant pour pis* outta a boot. Worse? They think themselves smart and above the law.
Fire the clerk! Shes been there over a year, cant or wont do her job and were still paying the clerk from bridger to help her! And what about that audit? Funny, old business never comes up. You know. Perkins alley. Christmas open house. McKenzie. The audit. If fromberg town’every caught up with federal tax filing penalties. You know, piddling unimportant things like that.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse! But ignorance could cost the mayor her position in a quick hurry! Yippee skippy!
Obviously this Mayor and Council believe state statute and town ordinances are not applicable to them. Ignorance is no excuse for the law; especially for those who have been duly elected to uphold the U.S. Constitution along with the State of Montana’s Constitution.
You call yourself a gunsmith yet you never discharge a weapon you repaired? Sounds like a liability issue.
How can you expect the citizens to abide by ordinances when the council is incapable of adherence to ordinances they themselves have passed? Sounds pretty hypocritical. The new attorney is in for a rude awakenings!
Has anyone heard what the hurry was in getting this business license approved? We couldn’t add it to a regular Council Meeting?
Strange.
All bow to the mighty mayor Miller
…..drum roll….cymbals crashing….not. search me. let’s just set a precedent for McKenzie, spend time and money on a 5 minute SPECIAL meeting, and oops I forgot, plan a variance after we issue a twenty five dollar bizziness license in a residential area nearly at the outskirts of fromberg. Nope. Had to get that done asap! Cant file quarterly reports or balance bank statements or complete a mandatory audit, but they gots time to do these piddling projects poorly.
