Banks are not allowed to close 2 days back to back. Carbon County governmental offices are never closed during the week with the exception of Federal Holidays. Other towns manage to keep their doors open for business without lengthy clerk absences. Why does this continually happen in Fromberg, Montana?
This Town Clerk has not amassed nearly enough vacation and/or sick leave time in her limited length of employment there to cover her multiple, lengthy, continued absences. tfa calls for a complete disclosure of Christman’s wage and benefit package; delineating the specific category from which her wages are derived; ie “financial administration” “water”, “sewer”, “garbage” etc. tfa also requests Christman’s specific accrual and subsequent dispensement of all her vacation and/or sick leave. The Public Has a Right to Know!
How much is this chick a doo costing the town? Wah about all the after hours shes in the office? why aint her work ever done on time? Why are the water bills always late? Why aint my checks hitting back on my account for weeks? Why askd why? Mayor n counsel just dont care.
There’s a apparent pattern here and our moron of a Mayor is incapable of supervision, let a lone anything else. This is not her personal business! This is a Governmental Entity! And therefore required by law to have set regular hours. That does not mean the clerk gets to work two and three hours extra so she can take Friday off. It also means town hall office hours are for the constituentcy’s convenince and not the convenience of the clerk! In past administrations, the Mayor stepped up to fill in as the clerk in cases of emergency. Or a temp was hired, If the administration was not wise enough to address this issue during the budgeting process, then I suggest you’re too incompetent to serve, and you should step aside. That would be the responsible thing to do. Howeve, a narcissist would continue with the dame protocol of the past two years!
I should not have to hear from some drunk how the Mayor has cleared it so Jann can work and get her 40 hours in however and whenever she likes! This is something that should have been cleared by town council, not a bar stool! p.s. jann. You had huge issues bartending, You’re not clerk material either. Even after several trading sessions, we the people paid for. Find some other job.
