Regular meetings of the Joliet City Council, as required by 2-3-05, Joliet Municipal Code, will be held beginning April 20, 2020″. tfa is certain TOF has a similar town ordinance. FURTHERMORE, to date, TOF has not posted ONE thing regarding Fromberg specifically, putting forth any Covid19 procedural plans whatsoever on their website: http://www.fromberg-mt.com/news, nor at any of their three physical designated posting places! What of ongoing issues such as: Old Business, New Business, Accounts Payable etc? Are Mayor Miller and TOF Council Members conducting secret meetings in order to conduct the ongoing affairs of the Town of Fromberg? How else are these tasks being accomplished? THE PUBLIC HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW!
