Wouldn’t the correct procedure have been to schedule and post a ‘Special Meeting’, open said meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance, go into Executive Session, discuss Mackenzie litigation strategy, come out of Executive Session and then formally adjourn the meeting? Especially considering TOF has not had a regularly scheduled meeting since March 9, 2020? Mayor Miller and Council Members are thwarting THE PUBLIC’S RIGHT TO KNOW!
The audacity of Mayor Miller and her Council is appalling! None of them have any regard for their constituents. They all need to resign or be removed from public office. They took a solemn oath to uphold the Constitution and the ordinances of the Town of Fromberg.
I suggest they send a copy of what they posted to their attorney. If he is ok with their posting, then they all are stupid!!!! I don’t think their attorney is quite that stupid but the Clerk and Mayor definitely are…. We paid for a clerk to go to clerk school, then paid for over a year’s worth of training and this is the crap she churns out? In other words, all we pay for is stupidity!!!! The twix can’t find the two existing brain cells she has in her head, let alone anything in the mass of paperwork strewn across the counter. The fact that this is permitted to go on shows the Mayor is clueless! No surprise there!
