It would seem that either the Fromberg School Board of Trustees is more interested in transparency, or has a clerical staff that is capable of providing both a telephonic link-up in addition to a video link up, both which have been publicly provided since April 7, 2020, per previous tfa posts.
Additionally, will this audio be recorded in perpetuity and thus available for the public to hear via a purchased CD? Many of the town constituents are elderly and not well versed in tele-conferencing. Cell Service is also somewhat compromised during this Covid19 Pandemic. Stupidity is rampant when it comes to our clerk and Mayor. Everyone else is using video but apparently Fromberg Town Hall is special and incapable of reading their own resolution! When they hired this overpaid dumbo apparently they forgot smarts should be a job requirement… or they themselves are this flipping stupid?
