tfa’s research, as well as documents on file with the Carbon County Clerk and Recorder’s office prove the correct name for the “AGENDA 7. Public Works Dept”. ‘McCormick Lane’ as read by the Clerk, is McCormick Road. Certainly the Town of Fromberg should use any of its limited financial resources to repair streets within Fromberg. And certainly not any Carbon County Road outside Fromberg’s city limits.
It is the Mayor’s duty to supervise all employees of the Town of Fromberg. When those employees fail to appropriately fulfill their tasks, the burden falls upon the Mayor to correct any such behavior. Any and all such errors are ultimately her sole responsibility. Financial or otherwise. Miller has repeatedly failed abysmally in her Mayoral duties. She needs to resign.
