How can anybody think this level of audio especially in a public meeting can be ok?

What I’d like to know, is why no video? You can still have the call in portion for those who want to speak, but video is now Covid 19 not allowed either? This is a dog and pony show to say the very least. You can’t hear anything, it cuts in and out. What a joke and I wouldn’t think it’s legal either.
Who ever set this up, obviously is under qualified and stupid!!! Would you not at least do a couple test runs and had people checking audio quality prior to the meeting??? This is so embarrassing as a tax payer I’m mortified to say the least! If this is the best we have at City Hall it’s a disgrace….. Mayor Miller it’s your job to over see and apparently your blind! I’m sick is not an excuse…
