TOF needs to be conscious of every cost they incur as evidenced by April 2020 budget numbers.

My opinion is yes they did. Member around last xmas baby Cakes Miller wanted to have her holiday shindig at seniors center, then she backed out cuz it wasnt free? bout the same size meetin spaces I’d say.
