Why Would Mayor Miller Authorize Perkins Junior’s Hiring of CM Tree Service & Removal to Trim Trees on What is Obviously Mine Spur Loop?

The following plat obviously proves it is TOF property and might additionally encroach on the Bartlett Canal Co. easement. tfa has witnesses willing to testify to the fact that Mayor Miller specifically gave Junior Perkins authorization to hire CM Tree Service & Removal, Billings, Montana to trim the following pictured trees below (before and after shots). Witnesses also state they informed CM Tree Service & Removal that the Town of Fromberg owned said property and not Perkins. Time stamped photographic documentation upon request.

This action by Mayor Miller can be construed as arbitrary and capricious as no other town property trees have been similarly trimmed. When Lloyd Mackenzie etal cut down trees on Fromberg’s “A” Street they were cited with a secondary Count of Trespass. TOF paid in excess of $300 for an arborist’s estimate of value of those trees removed!
