“Recommendation. Management needs to be aware of requirement and the importance of continuing the administrative tasks that keep the Town in good standing”.

I cannot begin to understand the inability of this town’s leadership to follow any standard! Obviously leadership is the wrong word.
What about transparency (none), accountability (none), providing documentation under federal disclosure law? Little to none. Mayor Pelosi has it going on. Next is Hillary town clerk.
