Direct Facebook Quote By Mayor Shirley Miller – Photographic Documentation Available Upon Request:

“In the first place, the Town office closed because of a possible exposure to COVID-19. The Town clerks’ niece has contracted the disease, she works at the Bank of Bridger, who also closed their lobby. And , According to Montana Law, the Town can and will pay their bills and conduct the business of the Town, sans meetings”.

tfa queries whether the information Mayor Shirley Miller posted publicly on Facebook ie: “a possible exposure to COVID-19. The Town clerks’ niece has contracted the disease, she works at the Bank of Bridger,” could be construed as a HIPPA violation of both persons, due to the fact that Bridger and Fromberg are such small inter-related communities?

tfa further queries which specific law Mayor Miller refers to in her following quote: “According to Montana Law, the Town can and will pay their bills and conduct the business of the Town, sans meetings”?

  1. If the clerk was exposed, then why the hell would she be so irresponsible to even come to work, and then venture on to the post office Mayor Miller? If it’s to dangerous for us, the community, to enter City Hall then isn’t it too dangerous to have the known exposed individual enter a Post Office (federal building) several times a day? Maybe you could post an accelerated cleaning schedule! Purchase a time clock with signature verification and institute cheap but simple and effective innovations that other professional offices use. Why were other individuals (pictured) allowed to enter the building? Apparently lying is what Miller does best! But she’s also pretty good trying to cover up her shat! Just watch her squirm on those videos when she’s asked a direct question.

  2. Mayor Miller’s post is full of legal issues! We live in a small community, her mention of private businesses, their employees, and their medical conditions is questionable as a private individual but as a Mayor representing a Town it’s morally wrong and legally violates privacy issues of individuals that she chose to use as pawns in a personal vindictive manner. Mayor Miller your leadership skills are reprehensible and your moral compass is nonexistent!!!

  3. Get a grip you lying Beoch! Closed from possible COVID exposure would have been 14 days which would have had town office opening July 28th, 2020. Along with individuals not entering the building at all. I doubt your clerk was entering from the back door in order to protect the public, or regularly sanitizing door handles, etc in order to protect the public’s health and welfare. Lord knows she is incapable of vacuuming or removing tape from previously hung flyers. So I’m sure proper sanitizing is non existent. Your clerk should not have been endangering the community! She should have stayed home until cleared by her COVID19 test results. Unbelievable! AND YOU’RE worried about suing some one? Really! Every time you open ur flap trap its a potential lawsuit. You have no brain. Its very obvious!
