Several Fromberg residents have garbage piling up around their dumpsters. “Trash tickets” have not been available for purchase at Town Hall for over 29 days. Could excess garbage lying outside dumpsters create health hazards? Could excess garbage also entice bears and other wildlife foraging for food?
