TOF has a full time clerk who has been employed there for nearly 2 years. And TOF continues to pay Bridger Town clerk Kristen Sweet contract labor wages while she works at Fromberg Town Hall’s facilities as pictured below. Why didn’t the town hire a qualified clerk to begin with? An inordinate amount of time and money have been invested into this clerk, and it is obvious she is still incapable of performing her designated duties competently. Three of the four incorporated towns in Carbon County will have their budgets and subsequent resolutions finalized as of this evening. Obviously the FY 20-21 budget is not considered important by either this Mayor nor her clerk.

Could the Mayor be any more stupid? ‘The clerk is a fast learner’…. those are the Mayor’s words. Hell I would hate to see what she considers a slow learner. Apparently if the Clerk really had it together I’m sure it would be mind boggling for the Mayor. Really, the Clerk nor the Mayor understands a timeline, nor prioritizing… water bill, budget, regular meeting??? Logic has left the building!!! I think there’s more air between the ears at City Hall than any brains!
