tfa queries how it is that Mayor Miller, at the approximate 35 second mark, during the above referenced Preliminary Budget Meeting clip, in essence says …there are no changes to the draft preliminary budget as previously discussed at the 9.8.2020 Budget Workshop…? And yet, per the photograph of the Legal Notice pictured below and published in the 9.10.2020 edition of the Carbon County News, said TOF FY-2020-2021 Budget was to have been voted on and finalized at the scheduled 7PM 9.15.2020 meeting. I’m lost, I’m wondering if everyone is as disoriented as me? Read the legal ad, then take notice of the YouTube post. Does anyone at Town Hall listen to what they say? Does the Mayor have some cognitive deficiencies that need to be dealt with? Or was this meeting misrepresented? It’s never the same story if Miller is telling it. The Posting states a preliminary budget meeting. Her comment? It’s a draft, same info as the last meeting…no changes. At the very least its just a big waste of everyone’s time and of course taxpayer dollars to put it in the legals to begin with.
