tfa queries why TOF went to the expense of placing for 2 costly Legal Notice insertions in the Carbon County News when “RESOLUTION NO. 501” had already been signed by Mayor Shirley Miller and its contents had already been acted upon by the Department of Revenue (Carbon County Assessor’s office) as well as the Carbon County Treasurer’s office?
