So, the Mayor has taken it upon herself to replace nonfunctional meters with radial reads and not charge for them, while other members in the community have been charged full bore for the same meter? Then Council receives a complaint about a blocked off alley. The amusing part about this? Two sitting Councilmen often frequent another sitting Councilman’s residence which involves an entire street adjacent to his property being blocked off! Talk about a discrimination suit! Not to talk about the potential for more even more quorums of Council members for more potentially Fromberg government illegal meetings. How much did you boys budget for the attorney this year?

So now the Clerk lies to cover the Mayor’s lies! Mr. Nottingham lies when he says they were forced to end a meeting early with unfinished business. Did the Mayor request police protection for this latest meeting? Do you think we the public are stupid? Oblivious? It was the Mayor who chose to forgo the second meeting on October 15th. Stapleton who said he was uncomfortable with ‘the numbers’ on the budget. That they needed to finalize the budget at another upcoming special council meeting after all the errors were corrected. The unfinished business had to do with the fy 2020-2021 budget’s proven incorrect calculations! Garbage in. Garbage out! If Mayor and council would like to fault someone, place the burden where it’s needed! On the shoulders of City Hall and the raging incompetence of the Mayor and her clerk! I listened to that meeting on utube! Rethink your lies of exaggeration before making any false statements! There’s nothing disrespectful unless it’s the woman in the audience pointing out the Mayor’s proven lies that have gotten us in numerous costly predicaments. It’s strictly the voice of the people exercising their constitutional rights. We as towns people are FED UP with Miller’s LIES! One can only put up with so many lies and ineptitude without becoming frustrated, and vocal. The public has the guaranteesd right to participate! A Constitutional right by the way! The public pays damn good money for their so called representation in town government! We the public shouldn’t have to watch dog this council’s every action. Funny, we are going to have the Town Attorney come in and listen to complaints. Maybe he has better listening ears than the Council? It’s pretty simple! When you follow our own ordinances or Montana code annotated, the Town Attorney need not meet with individuals. The problem is, every month the Town itself violates either its own ordinances or previously set out

Mayor and Council simply refuse to follow those “rules”. So, I suggest the Mayor cough up the cash to pay the Town Attorney out of her own pocket instead of ours.

When the legal advertisement was placed previously the same day! Then you stupidly wonder why you have a fractured community that disrespects City Hall? This action definitely has confirmed who you two individuals are. And you’re not well liked or respected! Did you run this action past your attorney? Maybe you should, so he has a total picture of what he is dealing with with City hall. Then the kicker is, this same Clerk is expecting a 15% raise off our tax dollars! And the Mayor even proposed it when the budget expenditures are through the roof and badly tapping our reserves?

Listen to the YouTube from the October 15 budget meeting. Mayor Miller says it’s not in our contract. We can always replace a resolution with another resolution. I suppose City Hall thinks we’re too stupid to know that! The Clerk is trained thoroughly by Mayor Miller! She is almost as proficient at lying as her boss! And we the public have pay for this #*?! So, the Council is considering a party blocking an alleyway. All while there is a Council Member that has had his street blocked off with his personal property for years! How can that individual ever justify the law and do what’s correct for the rest of the town when he himself doesn’t abide by it? Some would remark on this as favoritism. It’s a serious state of affairs when the President of the Fromberg Council is more concerned about the subject matter of election signs of an opponent of Mr. Nottingham’s relative who is running for Carbon County Commissioner, than the administrative complications in the town he occupies! Fromberg Town Hall has constantly neglected to adhere to its own ordinances and violated Montana annotated code! All while Mr. Nottingham has retained his position and without regard to the public he serves. It would benefit the Fromberg community if Mr. Nottingham had a better knowledge of the violations that continually transpire in his own community due to the ordinances that the council violates repeatedly. Do your homework! Its a sad state of affairs when the audience is more informed than the Council and especially what you consider to be your clerk!
