Of course Feller was kicked down the road. Two incompetent individuals were on the council when those actions took place. Both still sit at that Council table, and its apparent they still take no responsibility for several illegal actions. Their excuse: “we were not aware it was wrong” doesn’t fly! Ignorance of the law is no excuse! Those who sit on council and continue to excuse one another’s bad behavior, are incapable of leadership for our community!
