How are the taxpayers and utility users who fund this office supposed to conduct their necessary business with Town of Fromberg, given such erratic, and unpredictable office closures? tfa requests all payroll records including vacation and sick leave accrual and disbursement with regard to Clerk Jann Christman. How could the Clerk possibly have any remaining vacation time left after all the time she has already used this calendar year? Monthly Payroll Expenditures are NEVER included in any copy of “The Bills” as they are referred to by the Mayor, her Council and said clerk.
Obviously you can’t conduct business. One has to plan ahead a month or 2 to get any reasonable half assed response and you still come away with questions unanswered. The town atty claim there are no written complaints. What about verbal complaints and requests made at council meetings? City hall does not feel those are worthy of acting on! Has any issue put forth on the advocacy site been responded to or complied with? NO. These are freedom of information issues for the public! The townspeople have been ignored and beat down so bad, that hardly anyone has the stamina and fortitude to attend meetings. Very sad.
