And who in the hell is going to foot the cost of bob the auditor from d&d audit company coming up personally to train Jann on black mountain software? Give us a flipping break. Auditors are even more expensive than attorneys. Black mountain has a phone support line, online tutorials and we just paid over $5800 for the software alone. Gawd, if she can’t figure the software out without all those resources, she never will. Demanding accountability is not complaining! We pay the bill while jann and the mayor have been ducking the dog, ever since the got there. Enough!
We have newer software, our Clerk works more hours than Joliet’s Clerk and has less billings. They have not reconciled the books since 2018. I’m confident that is not the case in Joliet or Bridger or Red Lodge! My question is, why two years later we are hearing they have not yet reconciled the books? Where’s the oversight and management? On, the phone, with the clerk, gossiping! Her wages don’t cover being a phone friend for Mayor Miller!
