Shirley Miller: “Was in Red lodge earlier today for Doctors Appt, and ran into an friend . They wanted to know what is going on in Fromberg. On information provide by another person, they visited a website. that is administrated by Mary Lou Pilati. This person had heard rumors, but said they did not realize that were people this evil in our community. In fact this is not the first time I have heard that description of several parties here.
In the past several years, I have kept silent about the ugliness created by this small group. I don’t care if they attack me, but when you attack the town employees, it actually puts you in a different category of lowness. I did not see any of these people EVER step up to the plate to serve the Town of Fromberg in any capacity.
For a group of people that have spouted nonsense about wanting Fromberg to grow and thrive, they have used every waking hour trying to dig up as much negativity and spreading as much ugly gossip as they can. The only logical conclusion, instead of working to make growth happen, they are spending tremendous amounts of energy trying to tear this town apart.
And the sad part of it is, is that people that I believed had a bit more intelligence are being sucked into it. In fact, one of those people (a Neighbor) actually took a picture of my property and put it on this despicable website.
These pitiful people seem to thrive on negativity and ugly gossip.
They all could have easily come into the town office, talked to the Mayor, Council Members or employees to actually get the FACTS, but they would rather listen to those who sound intelligent, but can’t produce any factual materials. The person that runs this website does not even live in Fromberg and hasn’t for years, the information put on this site is fed to her by Marge and Tammy Taylor. The comments made on this site are made by people who are too cowardly to use their real names to spew this hatred.
A lot of nasty comments and ugliness has been thrown at the Mayor, Council, and employees and they have all been handled diplomatically and a smile.
I honestly pity these people and the evil in their hearts. It is impossible to hate those who are so desperate to draw attention to themselves, that they are willing to hurt others to achieve it”.

If memory serves correctly, one must consider the fact that Shirley Miller along with Tim Nottingham and his then wife, attended, in fact, commandeered, several early meetings of the advocates for Fromberg. Ralph Dawson coined the phrase ‘the mob squad’ for that group. Even drew a map of all the parties addresses. Ask around. The early meetings were held at a trailer owned by one of Miller’s best friends. So again Miller lies and once again, she’s caught out in them.
As a member of the advocacy group and supporter of this FACTUAL web site I can personally say that Miller is a liar!!! To post on social media this type of trash is SICK. I am also very disappointed and pissed that the 4 sitting council members have let her lead this town to law suits and bankruptcy. Where is the money? Why is the situation that city hall will not disclosed?? Miller spewed at advocacy meetings about how city hall could be run on a 3 day week? Ralph had to go, she could do everything!!! We, the advocacy group, worked to get her elected based on all the falsehoods she raved about, only to find out it was all bull. If anyone is spreading negativity and lies hurting the town and keeping secrets it’s the queen. Look at main street and all the prosperity and business!! As a property owner and business owner, city hall has lied to me, broken the law and helped shut down the historic little cowboy bar. It is no more. Thank you Mayor Miller for no understanding, no HELP, no consideration and most of all no concern. It’s all about you not the town, always was. Be happy to open a dialog about the TRUTH! But you don’t have dialog unless it’s YOUR mouth running as you obviously don’t hear anyone else.
How can you take something so simple and screw it up so badly??? I was really hurt that my name did not come up on Miller’s post. I guess when you lie to someone and treat them with contempt and disdain, one probably does not feel they are worth the mention. The people’s advocacy will be here long after they are gone. Power to the people.

Video tapes of miller flapping her jaws and pages from the Supreme Court of Montana docket aren’t factual enough? Miller looks like the little man behind the curtain in the wizard of oz when he got busted. But even still she just cant control that mouth of hers.

What the hell? It’s bad enough the last meeting they had an executive session that was questionable. Now Miller is at it again on Facebook! Is there a lack of brain cells? Insanity? Suicide mission? A normal person does not do this! If you don’t think the 70+ people who didn’t vote for you don’t have something to say, you’re terribly ignorant. Are you sure your accusations are viable? I would lay money down that the executive session meeting was kinda like the Mob squad meetings. Talking about individuals and targeting them while not allowing the public to participate, further violating our constitutional rights.

I’d have rather done nothing to benefit the Town versus the actions of Mayor Miller, who has screwed us six ways to Sunday. If baby cakes miller can shut the office down for nearly a month in June for covid, the office can remain closed till the clerk is gone and the mayor too as of 12.31.2020. Oh, Billy Burt! You are my new unsung HERO! The truth is what everyone needs to hear it’s long overdue. So, December 31 gives her and the clerk plenty of time to shred and remove documents. Miller has spent more time at City Hall in the past two weeks than what she spent there in the last two months. I’m pretty sure one party covers for the other. Notice the lack of correspondence that has not been read at meetings. Even when correspondence sits directly in front of the Mayor, she blatantly lies to the council and the audience. I’m referring to the auditor. FYI Miller has proven to be a mean, manipulative, narcissistic, bully and that’s been the downfall of our town.
If Shirley Miller thinks she gets a free pass and slithers out-of-town like the snake, she is dead wrong. Miller has blamed every problem that has arisen at City Hall on every past administration. So, I suggest that every obstacle that arises from now on at Town Hall will be Miller’s LEGACY OF SCREW UPS! And we will be here to remind her day in and day out.

When one is so slimy, so as to not place their resignation publicly prior to them leaving, it reeks of a cowardly act. Especially when one is the other’s boss. It also further displays their selfish and uncaring attitude toward the community. In the last six months, any business that has been accomplished at City Hall is close to nonexistent! Bet the joliet clerk won’t come back to bail the towns butt out either. The clerk. There over 2 years, trained for 6 weeks. Sent to the state clerk school. Has a 3K computer, black mountain software we just paid $5800 for, makes $17 an hour. Is paid for 40 hours a week plus full bennies, is never consistently in the office, talks constantly with you on her cellphone, ur minion and you blame a website? Ur the deplorable baby cakes!@#!

In my experience if a auditor drops you it’s generally because of your bookkeeping or illegal transactions. Although if you read the letter, it, it does state time constraints. Which leads me to believe Fromberg’s books still are not in good enough order to perform this task efficiently. Is anyone surprised? I’m not! When it’s takes our rocket scientist of a clerk over a month to deposit and credit checks, or weeks to credit cash to my account. Or better yet, to credit it to the wrong account. Along with a slew of other flub ups. I trusted Brenda when it came to taking payments. She was way more efficient than Jann. Brenda was on time. She religiously put the flag up. She was there during her designated hours. Mayor Miller is nothing more than a thief who has jeopardized our Town’s finances with her irresponsible spending practices as well as huge litigation costs due to her inability to shut that yap of hers and because she simply cannot contain her ego. Saturday Night Live you nailed it!
I think Mayor Miller should be made to read her Facebook Post Publicly at the next meeting. Hope the attorney is there!
