  1. The representative from Wipfly was extremely knowledgeable. It seems odd that Wipfly would retract their bid for Fromberg’s 2019 audit. Especially given the fact that they had constructed their own solid base from which to continue. Therefore, in essence, being able to ‘follow’ themselves. Such an situation would seem to lend itself well toward Wipfly’s profit margin. Something serious must have transpired in order for them not follow through on their original proposal.

    • Council votes to approve minutes of 12 -7-20 meeting. Those minutes and clerks notes that covered the meeting were not done until just prior to the next month’s meeting and not available to the public prior to the council voting to approve them. These Minutes should havd been done the following day after the meeting of 12-7-20. And posted on town’s web site so that the town’s people would have access and time to comment. This obviously did not happen and never has under mayor Miller’s administration? Thanks to Mr. Stapleton for reviewing the incorrect minutes and correcting them. To not have access to the information at city hall makes it impossible for the public to be pro-active and involved and further muddied the waters. This also creates legal dilemas the town must face and that we the people have to pay for. Again thank you Mr. Stapelton for your attention to detail, I think you saved the town a big head ache. In the future the people should be made aware of any action by the town prior to the council’s vote!!!
