Bringing to your attention….Are meetings Parts 3 & 4 from the same meeting as Parts 1 & 2 ? They seem to appear to be from different meetings but all label April 5th 2021 meeting. Was this an error with atachments?
You will notice there was a change-up in the seating order at said meeting due to Council Person Ilsa Dawson being sworn in. The You.Tube links are all correct. Thank you.
Not only the addition of the new Council Person but the other Council members were wearing different clothes in parts 3&4 than in parts 1&2. That’s what made me feel it was not the same meeting posted.
