Special presentation for what increased water billing, street repair? Is this official city business? This is not transparent… If it’s to celebrate an individual, don’t you think the community might like to know? Although I don’t think it’s the Town’s job to choose who is recognized for their Community Service. A heart felt thank you letter should be sufficient and avoids hurt feelings to those you missed. We live in a pretty amazing place where we are blessed by so many who give so much and many who go unrecognized. Thought process, is there one?
